Many items offered can be personalized by using one of
the methods below depending
on the product. This ability is great for adding company
logos, creating personalized awards or gifts, and much more.
Below are brief descriptions of each method. The colored
icons you see here will be shown next to products on the web site
that can be personalized using that method.
Deboss
Debossing is the development of a custom die casting of the
desired image which is then recessed into the substrate under heat
and pressure. This creates a sunken image which contains no color
and will give a tone-on-tone look. This method is commonly used on
leather and simulated leather material.
Emboss
Embossing is the opposite of Debossing and also includes the
development of a custom die casting of the desired image which is
then pressed into the substrate from the back side under heat and
pressure. This creates a raised image which contains no color and
will give a tone-on-tone look. This method is commonly used on
leather and simulated leather material.
Silk Screening
Silk Screening is the direct imprinting of an image or text onto
the surface of a product. Image is pressed through tensioned nylon
mesh leaving a painted like appearance. This method is
commonly used on T-Shirts or Umbrellas.
Embroidery
A process of machine stitched threads of single or multiple
colors, into a design on the surface of the substrate. Commonly
used on clothing, canvas, and other material like products.
Laser
Lasers are a high power beam of light used to etch an image or
text into solid products made of glass, crystal, metals and wood.
Other Logoing Methods
Some products can be customized with your image using methods
other than those described above. These methods will vary
depending on the type of product and how it is produced.
